Clinical Supervision – a fine line between pleasure and pain

Supervising learners in the clinical workplace setting can be very challenging especially when they are not progressing as expected.  In this one hour webinar we will:

  • Identify some common clinical supervision problems and discuss management
  • Identify the attributes of an effective supervisor and effective feedback

Explore an Action Plan template that you can implement with challenging learners in your own setting.
